Midwest Track Safety Conference

During registration, students have the opportunity to select four out of five available class options to tailor their learning experience. This selection is offered due to the breadth of fascinating topics and materials available, alongside the limited time to cover them all. We believe it is beneficial for participants to choose the subjects they are most interested in exploring.

The class options are as follows:

1. Driver Extrication - This class centers on the process of extricating Sprint car drivers. Students will learn to provide proper support to minimize further injury, strategically dismantle a sprint car to facilitate extrication and collaborate as a team to safely transfer the driver to the ambulance cot. (If time permits, we will also address Doored cars.)

2. Fire Suppression/Exotic Fuels - This hands-on class allows students to work with different materials and various extinguishment techniques.
